Visiting Democracy Game Festival at BACC

I was so lucky that this event came up right in the perfect time which is during my thesis. At this event, I had a chance to play Coconut Empire with other people.

Coconut Empire is the scenario of the Coconut Empire which just lost their leader and each player has to be the government for four turns to win but not just that, all characters can win by finishing their tasks or there can be multiple winners as a team.

From playing the game, I really need to negotiate with other players and I even betrayed one of them. It was fun and all the rules are easy to relate to Thai politics situations such are the censorship rules, tax and bribing in order to gain their own benefits. This game is really clever and I can see the hardworking from the creator.
